Backhoe Loader services are fulfilled immediately based on nearby vehicle availability. Customers can schedule work for a future date/time as well. The Captain will arrive within 30 to 90 minutes in most cases.
Example: You book a loader at 10:00 AM for work at 11:00 AM. If accepted, the Captain starts navigation immediately and reaches the site by 10:45–11:00 AM.
Truck services are confirmed only after the Captain accepts and OTP confirms loading address. Based on loading point location and distance:
Example: A 20 MT truck booked at 9:00 AM from Trichy to Chennai (325 km) truck may arrive at the loading point by 9.30 AM -10.15 AM and after loading point all creteria like customer invoices,vechile completely loaded etc is fulfilled and then vechile start moving and reaches destination based on road and climate conditions.
