Refund & Cancellation Policy

Booking Charges & Minimum Fares

• Backhoe Loader minimum fare: ₹3,000 (includes first 2 hours)
• Truck fare: Calculated based on ₹/MT × Distance (km) + loading/unloading fees
• Return fare and toll charges (if applicable) are extra

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed based on booking status and vehicle movement:

• If cancelled before vehicle dispatch, a full refund may be provided.
• If cancelled after vehicle dispatch but before arrival, cancellation charges up to ₹500–₹1000 may apply.
• If cancelled after work starts, no refund is provided.

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

Important Notes

• COD (Cash on Delivery) bookings are not eligible for online refunds.
• If the customer misrepresents tonnage or booking purpose, refund requests may be rejected.
