Backhoe Loader Services

• Minimum fare: ₹3,000 for first 2 hours of work
• Each additional working hour:if (Light-₹1300/hour,Moderate-₹1400/hour & Heavy-1500/hour
• Fare includes fuel and operator
• Return fare from customer location is added separately

Example: 4 hours of loader work = ₹3,000 + ₹2,600 (2 extra hours for light work) = ₹5,600. Return fare (e.g., ₹1,500) is added = ₹7100 total.

Truck Services

• Fare is calculated as ₹/MT × Distance (km)
• Customer enters rate per MT during booking for his shipment(₹15–₹20000/MT typical)
• Loading/unloading charges entered manually (on tonnage basis )
• Toll charges, return fare if needed by customer, and halt charges are added as if applicable
• Unloading delay beyond 24 hours incurs admin-controlled halt charges
• One-time rate bargaining option is shown before trip confirmation
• Fare is locked post-confirmation; any overloading is re-verified via double OTP

Example:Vechile booked 25MT truck × ₹750/MT = ₹18750 base fare + ₹25/MT loading for 25MT and same unloading charge =20000 ₹total. Bargaining may reduce base fare once before confirming.

GST & Invoices

Business customers are charged 18% GST. GST invoice is auto-issued post booking. Commission GST is separated if customer pays directly to owner.

COD Handling

For COD bookings, customer must maintain ₹1,000 wallet balance as booking protection. Fare is paid fully at site post-service.
