Across India. Vandizone is based in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, and takes bookings anywhere a verified machine can reach the site. If no machine is near enough, the app and the website show the office's numbers so we can find one for you.

Vandizone works the price out — it is not typed in by either side. Before you confirm, the app shows the estimate, or exactly how the bill is worked out (by the hour, the trip, the distance or the weight), and any extra charges for that machine. You can see the same price on vandizone.com/book without signing up. For some truck jobs you can name your own rate; the job goes ahead at that rate once a captain accepts.

The bill follows the work actually done — hours worked, distance travelled, weight carried, halts. If the weighbridge says eleven tonnes and you booked ten, the freight line moves and the app shows you exactly how much and why. Nothing changes silently, and every line is on the bill and the invoice.

From your Vandizone wallet, online through Razorpay (UPI, card or netbanking), or in cash to the captain where the booking allows it. A tax invoice is issued for every completed booking, in the name and GST number on your account.

While we are still looking for a captain, cancelling is always free. Once a captain has accepted, a cancellation fee may apply; the exact rule is shown in the app before you confirm, and that rule is the one used for your booking. You are never charged when a captain, an owner or Vandizone cancels. Refunds go to your Vandizone wallet. A booking cannot be cancelled once work has started.

Yes. Once a captain accepts, the app shows the machine on a map on its way to you and while the job runs, and you can share a tracking link with your site engineer or anyone else — no app or account needed to open it.

Every vehicle, captain and booking has a code: VV for a vehicle, VD for a captain, VB for a booking. Enter it on vandizone.com/verify and you see straight away whether it is genuine and what it is — never a phone number, an address or an amount.

Yes, a tax invoice for every completed booking, in the name and GST number on your account. Business accounts pay GST on top of the estimate.

Register on vandizone.com/captain with your mobile number, licence number, the machines you can operate and your bank details. Vandizone checks your licence before your first job. Then log in to the Vandizone Captain app, go on duty, and jobs near you are offered to your phone with the work, the place and the estimate shown before you accept.

Jobs matched to what your fleet can actually do, captains you add and manage, a duty chart they work from, and a wallet with every rupee accounted for. Vandizone keeps a commission on each job (plus GST on it); you receive the rest, pay your own captains, and withdraw to your bank account.

Have a truck load to move? Post it on vandizone.com/loads/post with the pickup, the drop, the truck you need and your rate. Vandizone checks every load before captains can see it; a captain then takes it in the captain app and it runs as an ordinary booking.
